RL360° Services is dedicated to looking after the personal portfolio bonds and international life policies of our existing customers. While we are no longer open to new business, we provide high quality customer service and policy administration to over 15,000 policyholders located all around the world. We are based in the Isle of Man, a well established global financial centre with an outstanding reputation for investor protection and security.
RL360° Services is part of International Financial Group Limited (IFGL). IFGL provides investment, savings and protection solutions to international investors around the world, with 216,000 customers, USD23 billion assets under administration and employs 570 staff*. The company was acquired by IFGL in November 2015. Before that the Company was called CMI Insurance Company Limited (“CMI”), and sold policies under the Clerical Medical and Scottish Widows brands. CMI was established in the Isle of Man in 1987, and has played an influential role in shaping the Isle of Man finance industry and promoting best practice.
